Having joined OnSite in 2023, Dixie consistently demonstrates her expertise in managing and optimizing concrete production processes. Her understanding of the industry, coupled with her ability to streamline operations and implement innovative strategies, has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success.

As Vice President of Operations, Dixie oversees all aspects of OnSite’s operational activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to delivering superior project management that meet and exceed industry standards.

Since day one, Dixie’s leadership style is characterized by her emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Prior to Dixie’s current role, she held a project manager position with Morris-Shea Bridge Company, Inc. Her diverse experience as a PM has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the entire concrete production cycle, allowing her to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.

Dixie graduated from University of Houston in 2015 with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She is Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST) Certified as of July 2013 and is a TWIC Cardholder.
